Membership Sales Coordinator - (Memphis)

Principal Responsibilities:Positions Summary Responsible for developing leads for prospective members, providing information to prospective members, and enrolling new members. Position assists management in meeting objectives for membership sales and financial goals, reports on sales goals and membership trends, responsive to both current and prospective members, assists Membership Director, and maintains high level of customer service in all areas.Responsibilities Responds to telephone, walk-ins and e-mail membership inquiries, booking and maintaining appointments for potential members to tour the MJCCConduct walking tours of building and campus for purpose of selling memberships in person to person situations.Follow-up with prospective members through telephone and email. Understands the goals of prospective members and suggests ways to achieve them.
