D uck Creek Field Engineer

As a Duck Creek Field Engineer at Avanade, you will be involved in large scale implementations of the Duck Creek platform. You will be responsible for building out complex integrations and customizations to the Duck Creek core platform.

Unit testing of the developed code through duck creek utilities, QA, testing support, UAT support and production deployment support in accordance with the release management process * Experience on 1-2 Duck Creek Projects; 3-4 years experience in software consulting * Strong domain knowledge in Insurance P&C (Underwriting Policy Admin/Billing and Claims * Extensive technical knowledge on Duck Creek, XML, XSLT, Reporting solutions, Integration with various systems, SQL data model and ability to coordinate with multiple horizontals/technology groups. * Desired working experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 (online) and Azure experience is a plus * Experience with .NET Framework 4.5 and above, C#, SQL Server 2012 and above, VSTS * A good understanding of web development technologies and Agile Scrum methodologies is required * Strong communication skills to be able to convince senior level customers and drive high level technical meetings. * Lead the development and configuration of product integration, its enhancements and support requirements including product configuration and customization of core Duck Creek components * Assess and raise change requests for any requirements addition/modifications
