The Web Developer intern will support and learn web development from an experienced industry leading government contractor with an opportunity to learn a variety of web development technologies, platforms, and languages. The intern will have the opportunity to develop web applications on the Microsoft stack (ASP.NET Webforms, MVC framework, C#, JQuery, HTMLS, Javascript AJAX, C#, SOAP, Web Services Restful), and learn or enhance their knowledge of Java and .net, Visual Studio 2015 or higher, SQL Server, Oracle, MSSQL, Bootstrap, Angular, Machine Learning and AI, and Agile (Scrum) project methodology.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

+ Perform upgrades and patch installs in production, test, development, and DR environments + Ability to integrate moderately complex hardware and software systems + Develop and maintain system documentation. + Interact with internal customers to answer questions and requests regarding system issues. + Support Audits + Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence + Server side scripting

QUALIFICATIONS

+ Currently enrolled in a program of study at an accredited college or university working on graduate or undergraduate studies + Pursuing a degree in computer science or a related field of study + Previous Java programming experience + Possess strong written and oral communication skills + Proficient in MS Office applications like MS-Word and Excel; being familiar with SharePoint is a plus + Ability to commute to our office on the northeast corner (Castleton area) of Indianapolis
