**Description**

JOB DESCRIPTION: Programmer is responsible for developing software based on a defined set of design and performance requirements following the organization’s development process. Programmer may be called upon to partner with the customer in the development of requirements and must ensure that their developed software meets or exceeds requirements. Programmer may be part of a development team or be the sole programmer on a task. The candidate must be able to maintain an awareness of trends within the technology industry and possess a willingness to learn new languages or database technologies as required for the position.

REQUIREDEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

+ Must have Secret Security Clearance or have the ability to obtain

TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS

+ ASP.NET Web Development + C# + MVC + SQL Server – basic knowledge of database design and ability to interface with relational database + MS TFS

Other desired but not required skills

+ Interfacing with Oracle databases, Telerik, Kendo UI, Creation/Modification of installers, Web Services
